How does it work?

You fill out a short intake form describing your symptoms. A licensed physician reviews your case asynchronously (no video call required) and, when medically appropriate, issues a signed doctors note that arrives in your inbox same-day.

Who signs the note?

A board-certified, U.S.-licensed physician on our network. Each note includes the doctor's full name, NPI number, license number, and signature — the same information any in-person doctors note would carry.

What conditions do you cover?

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If your employer or school does not accept your note, you receive a full refund. Our money-back guarantee covers note rejection.

Will my employer or school accept this?

Our notes are accepted by the vast majority of employers and schools. They include the doctor's full credentials, license number, and a verification contact. If your employer does not accept it, you receive a full refund.

Which states do you serve?

Can I get a note for my child?

Yes. When you start the intake, select "Someone I'm caring for" and provide your child's information. The same process and same $34.99 flat fee applies.

Can I get a backdated note?

In some cases, yes. A physician can backdate a note when clinically appropriate based on the timeline of your symptoms. Provide the dates during intake and the doctor will review.

How can my employer verify the note?

Every note carries the issuing physician's NPI and license number, plus a verification contact. Employers can confirm authenticity by emailing support@swiftcaremd.com or calling our verification line listed on the note.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We maintain a full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, use encrypted data storage, and follow all federal telehealth regulations. Your medical information is protected.

Is this legal?

Yes. Asynchronous (store-and-forward) telehealth is recognized by HHS and CMS as a legitimate model of care. Every SwiftCareMD note is issued by a licensed U.S. physician who has reviewed your case.

Who can see my medical information?

How is my payment information handled?

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant.

How do I delete my account?
